Yes, same-day and rush delivery are available as a selectable option during booking. Choose it at checkout and we'll confirm turnaround for your date. Standard delivery is by next business day; rush brings it to same-day or within a few hours of the shoot, for an additional fee.
Everything is delivered by next business day: photos, video reels, and floor plans in one delivery link, ready to upload to MLS, Airbnb, or any platform immediately. Same-day delivery is also available as a booking option if you need it faster.
No. As long as we have access, your photographer handles everything. Most agents and hosts simply leave a lockbox code and we take care of the rest.
We'll reach out before your shoot to check on the property's condition so we arrive prepared. We'll also send a simple prep checklist when you book, the short version: clear countertops, remove personal items, turn on all lights, open all blinds. If the property is mostly tidy, we'll handle the minor adjustments on-site. Twenty minutes of prep makes a meaningful difference in the final result. We're based in Las Vegas with active photographers serving the metro area, and are currently expanding into Southern California and other markets. If you're outside our current area, reach out. We may have coverage in your city sooner than you think.

Yes, as long as we haven't dispatched yet, you can upgrade your package. Contact us as early as possible and we'll adjust before the shoot. You can also review everything included in each package before booking.

Absolutely, our Host Package is built specifically for rental listings. The photography approach, styling, and deliverables are optimized for Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow Rentals, and long-term rental platforms, not just MLS.

For larger homes, a size supplement applies: 2,000-3,500 sq ft adds $50 · 3,500-5,000 sq ft adds $100 · 5,000+ sq ft adds $175. A travel fee may also apply for properties outside our primary service area. All of this is confirmed before your shoot: no surprises at delivery.
Pay at Closing lets eligible agents defer the cost of their listing media until the property sells, with $0 due upfront and no impact to your credit score. Here's how it works: complete a short pre-approval application (soft inquiry only), submit your order once approved, then repay at closing with a flat fee starting at 0%. We're covered from day one, so your shoot moves forward immediately. If the listing doesn't sell, flexible options are available to you.
