Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and digital products offered by Vuepoint Visuals ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by its owner doing business as Vuepoint Visuals. By booking our services or purchasing our digital products, you agree to the terms below.

Photography & Media Services

Cancellations before the shoot: If you cancel your booking before the shoot takes place, you will not be charged. We do not require deposits and do not apply cancellation fees for bookings cancelled in advance.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your shoot at any time at no charge. We will always work with you to find a new date.

After delivery: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your deliverables, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vuepointvisuals.com and we will make it right. This may include a complimentary reshoot, a complimentary re-edit, or a partial or full refund — at our discretion based on the circumstances.

No-show / access failure: If our photographer arrives and is unable to access the property without prior notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the package price may apply. This fee is not refundable once applied, as it compensates the photographer for time and travel already incurred.

Weather and events outside our control: If a shoot must be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control, no charge applies and a full reschedule will be offered.

Digital Products (The Playbook)

Digital guides and downloadable products sold through Vuepoint Visuals are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once a product has been accessed or downloaded it cannot be returned.

Exceptions are made in the following cases:

To request a refund for a digital product, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@vuepointvisuals.com with your order confirmation. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 3–5 business days.

In the rare case a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment method and provider.

Pay at Closing

Pay at Closing arrangements are governed by a separate written agreement signed before the shoot. Refund terms for these arrangements are specified in that agreement. If you have questions about your Pay at Closing arrangement, contact us at hello@vuepointvisuals.com.
