We don't hire based on years of experience or gear lists. We hire people who show up on time, communicate clearly, and care about the work.
We train everyone — including those who have never held a camera. If you don't own equipment yet, we'll work with you. What we can't teach is reliability and drive. If you have those, the rest comes with time.
