Does the price change with square footage?
Package prices are based on homes under 2,000 sq ft. Larger homes add $50 for 2,000 to 3,500 sq ft, $100 for 3,500 to 5,000 sq ft, and $175 above 5,000 sq ft. Your exact price is confirmed in the booking portal before you book.
How does Pay at Closing work?
Approved agents pay $0 at booking and the cost comes out at closing instead. Approval is a short application with a soft inquiry, so it doesn't affect your credit score.
